• 

  Step 1

  Beat an egg in a bowl

• Step 2

  This image is being very stubborn and not getting attached. Its just a picture of cooked noodles drenched in egg, in a bowl.

  Anyway, cook noodles in boiling water, strain in colander and rinse under cold running water. let the water drain.

  Add the noodles to the bowl and mix well with the egg. Add salt.

  Hunt down two bowls with almost the same diameter.

  Step 4

  Divide the noodles equally into the two bowls. Take a smaller bowl and gently press it over the noodles.

  Let them set in the fridge for 2-3 hrs.

  Step 5

  Take them out and run a knife round the edge to loosen the noodle.

• 

  Step 6

  Fry in a pan with oil till both sides are golden brown.

• 

  Step 7

  The egg has to cook through and hold the noodles together to make the ramen bun.

• 

  Step 8

  Let excess oil drain.

• 

  Step 9

  Arrange the burger with patty of your choice. I whipped up some breaded pan fried chicken.

  you can make something creative like a patty with meat seasoned with the ramen powder packet.

  Add fillings and sauces ..
