• 

  Step 1

  First things first you'll need to get an empty bottle that has a cylindrical section. This will be the diameter of your cuff so make sure it is big enough for your wrist. What you want to do is remove the label.

  Step 2

  Now you want to take your tape. Make sure that the tape is the right length to match the coloured wooden sticks you will stick on later. Wrap the tape around the cylindrical part of the bottle.

  Step 3

  Next you want to cut around the tape on the bottle. The bottle and tape makes the cuff shape and reinforces the structure.

  Step 4

  Now you have the cuff shape cut, apply some of your glue onto the tape and start applying your coloured sticks. In mine I kept to a colour pattern.

  Step 5

  When you have it done it should look like this. You can vary the colours or use different materials and create different types of cuffs or bracelets.

  Step 6

  I made another cuff and added a design on the front. You could also so this with other materials, possibly feathers, buttons etc. hope you enjoyed this tutorial and let me know if you attempted these cuffs :)
