A link to the tuorial and how to make a cupcake tower
Athena's 9th birthday called for rainbow cupcakes arranged in a tower. The cupcakes were featured on Instructables: http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-make-rainbow-cupcakes/
Then we decided to make our own cupcake tower from recycled items. The directions for that can be found here:http://www.cakejournal.com/archives/how-to-make-a-cake-stand-for-cupcakes-or-mini-cakes
I changed it a little, but mostly , it's the same.
The cupcake toppers are custom. I used photobucket and careful snipping.

to separate batter for dye
