Healthy, pasta
I attend slimming world so doing a low fat quick cooking pasta for work has been very helpful. Love pasta sooooo much x

  • Step 1

    put the pasta in a sauce pan of boiling water and cook for recommended time. In another pan, spray with fry light and cook the quorn turning occassionally till golden brown.

  • Step 2

    Chop all the vegetables and put in a large bowl ready for mixing. Add the quorn and pasta ontop.

  • Step 3

    Add 3-4 table spoons of extra light mayo, salt and pepper to taste and mix all together.

havent tried the pork. Tried steak pieces and mince (not keen on the mince), i also like the hotdogs and tai chicken breasts
