traditional Batik uses wax, but I though for a cheap DIY project, this will work

Step 1
gather supplies

paper to put paint on
a stamper
paint
fabric
Step 2
now using a peice of paper pour the fabric paint on it
Step 3
now place the stamper on top of your paint

press down and make sure the paint spreads evenly over the stamper surface
Step 4
now place the stamper on the fabric press down and release in a pattern

when finished use a hairdryer to dry
