its tex mex time classic quesadilla, double layer
cook your beef
and pre heat your oven to 200
and dice your vegs, shred your cheese
in a pan(I used a pie dish)
place a tortilla shell
and cover with cheese and vegs, cover with another tortilla shell
then place cheese and beef on top, and cover with another tortilla
pop into the over for 10 to 15 minutes,
remove, then cut and serve
aww michelle its like 12 30 and now im craving it!
