• Step 1

  Break up the eye shadow as much as possible, using a mixing stick to remove it from the packaging.

• Step 2

  Measure out the eye shadow, making sure to crush it up as much as you can so you have a smooth powder.

• Step 3

  Add the eye shadow to your mixing container.

• Step 4

  Add the thinner, which will appear to melt the eye shadow on contact.

• Step 5

  Mix well until there are no lumps—this is very important for a good formula!

• Step 6

  Now add in your matte and glitter polishes and mix again.

• Step 7

  Finally, pour the finished polish into the bottle.

• Step 8

  Now add a brush and cap.
