In today's world, there is so much sadness, hate, and overall bad news everywhere you turn. But if you look hard enough, there are glimpses of hope and goodness within the pages of newspapers and magazines, and that is what this scrapbook focuses on. It helps to know that not everything is terrible and gives hope that there is still good in the world. I collected positive articles, quotes, and words to tape in the scrapbook (that I got at Michael's).

Thanks! There really is so much bad and sad news out there, but there is the occasional positive story. I have most of a scrapbook nearly filled. I got another scrapbook on sale for when this one fills up.

This is really nice, I study journalism, and that way you get to hear all the -excuse me- crappy news all the time sadly. Maybe I'll do this too, for those hard days, when we have 7 classes in a row about the same thing...
