Step 1Gather Materials and plug in your hot glue gun.

Step 2Attach the end of your pearl strip to the end of the pleated ribbon. Allow them to overlap about 6 inches.

Step 3Repeat previous step with the other end of your ribbon/pearl strip.

Step 4Let dry and cool.

Step 5Try adding a brooch or a metallic flower pin (like we did) for the full effect!
