Perfect Princess Tutu

The perfect tutu for the perfect little Princess.
This is the tutu I made for my six year-old cousin's birthday present. Since I didn't have her in the flesh to try it on, and Devin (age 5) wouldn't model it for me, I had to make do with blow-up Wolverine. I simply measured Devin's waist and added an inch or two to the elastic band to make sure it would fit Ceriayah's waist. I used 8 yards of tulle. Four yards of each color. I'd say I probably wasted about half a yard by trimming at the end of the process to make everything even.
