Fleece Flap Penguin Hat
I made 17 of these cute little buggers for the preschoolers that I was with for the semester. It was adorable seeing them walk thru the hallway with them on waddling like penguins :p

Using the link provided it will give a kids and adult size pattern. This is the child size. Instead of sewing the ear flap part to the top part how the site wants you to, I merely started in the middle rather at the seam. That way the white is the face and it is centered in the front of the hat. Just make sure you add any noses or buttons before sewing the secondary hat used as the inside to the outside hat. This way all the knots and ugly sewing lines are all on the inside and no one will see.

This gives room to add a face if wanted and decorate them as other animals.

Thanks for viewing :)
