Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Roll out pastry, bake as per instructions.

Step 2Mix yolks, syrup, brown sugar, butter & cream together.

Step 3Add the pecans & stir to combine.

Step 4Pour into pastry case & bake for 25-30 mins.

Step 5serve warm or cold.
