Peanut butter pie Easy to make.
You can top the pie with anything or leave it plain.
Line tin with pastry.
Cook according to instructions.
Cool completely.
Ganache...
Heat the cream.
Add the chocolate & cover for 5 mins.
Stir until both ingredients are incorporated.
Filling...
Whisk cream until stiff peaks.
Set aside.
Mix together cheese, peanut butter, icing sugar & vanilla.
Fold in the cream.
Pour the filling into the pastry.
Smooth out.
Spread the ganache on top of the filling.
Sprinkle with chocolate, Reece pieces, etc.
Serve.
