Wal-mart fabric + Bathing Suit Bottoms = Dress!
I found the stretchy knit parrot fabric at Wal-mart for $2 a yard, and had to have it! The top is- believe it or not- a [clean!] hand-me-down bathing suit bottom! My arm is through one leg hole and my head is through the other. Sounds strange, but it turned out pretty cute, eh? Overall, I think it turned out pretty gosh darn neat!
