Paper Rose Boutonniere

Based on Paper Rose Boutonniere by Scarlet
This is a FULL SIZE rose, not boutonniere. The stem is the width of regular copy paper and has the title Scar Tissue (by RHCP's). I printed piano notes for the song and cut out hearts from them. I used glue to attach 18 "petals" to the stem. Once I finished, I put a tiny drop of my favorite cream on my fingertips, rubbed, and gently massaged it into the innermost petals. Repeated for the outermost petals, and again for the stem. I might try this craft again, using larger petals the more outward they are placed. Instead of piano notes, maybe I'll use my own handwriting for some lyrics.
