Step 1Mix together 1/2 Cup of water and 1/2 cup of flour. This will be your glue paste.

Step 2Take a normal 11 by 8 1/2 piece of paper, and fold it a couple of times the long way. Then form a circle.

Step 3Now you will need some news paper.
Tear the news paper in strips, then cover it thourghly on the glue paste you made. -
Step 4
Now start to wrap the news paper around your original paper circle. Keep wraping it til' it gets a little thick.

let it dry over night

Now that it is dry you can decorate it in any way you want!! I used ribbon and hot glued it to my paper mache base, you could paint or use
magizne clipings.
