Kick-ass earrings for pennies on the dollar.
I got this huge container of colorful stripey paper-clips as a "hooray, you made it to college" gift and decided I could spare a few to make some earrings (there are other colors as well, but I've only posted pics of the red ones. :P). They are literally the easiest things in the world to make.

You Will Need

Step 1
Step One: Get two paperclips.

Step Two: Attach jump ring to paperclip.

Step Three: Also attach jump rings to earrings. Voila. But they look pretty cool.

I saw the cutest paper clip earrings on a lady today. She had a pair of inexpensive studs inserted into a clear plastic canvas piece w/ 4 holes showing in a square, and eight (for each ear) paperclips in the 8 holes: small green paper clips alternated w/ zebra stripe small green and white paper clips. I thought she was wearing turquoise earrings until I saw them closer! Adorable!

I make hook clasps from plain silver paper clips. But this has given me an idea of making an earring and necklace set.just put colored paper clips togeter in a chain..and maybe hang some beads from it and do the same with the earrings.

I do that all the time! but i attached them to my hoop earings but my teachers always tell me to take them off
