Paintings

some paintings I made in high school
These are some projects I made in my senior art class. The budget was free for me because it was provided by the school. I LOVE painting but sadly since I graduated I haven't made any paintings. The reasoning is mostly because of lack of funds and space. My new apt is too small to have a large work area and decent paint supplies are too expensive. At one point I wanted to go to art school to be an art teacher but after taking an art appreciation class in college I just don't think I'm artsy enough for that stuff. I'm just not the type of person who can look at a painting and know all it's hidden messages. To me a painting is just something to decorate your house with. However, I still love painting and whenever I get a bigger apt I plan to make more. :]
