You Will Need

Step 1I purchased an inexpensive outdoor rug from Home Depot. Tape off the design using painter's tape and cover the areas that will not be painted with newspaper. I used black Rust-oleum spray paint on the rug for the design.

Step 2Once dry, remove the painter's tape and you are ready to use it!
