About
Circles and triangles and geometery, oh my!
I made these after watching this YouTube video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GhlGRUr1owk
I used a paper punch of about 1 1/2 inches instead of the free-motion circle cutter used in the video. I bought one, but using it was very frustrating.
I changed the design to not have the cord go all the way through. I also used tiny binder clips to hold sections together while they were drying.
(My dad and I made the jewelry stand that the ornaments are displayed on. Thanks, Dad!)
Each ornament uses twenty circles that have to be folded, so this is not a quick project. I'd estimate an hour and a half to two hours per ornament, not counting hours cutting out circles. But it is a fun way to use up old Christmas cards.
Enjoy!
