You Will Need
Chicken
2 tbsp
Oil
1 tsp
Salt
1 tsp
Pepper
1/2 cup
Corn Flour
1 1/2 cup
Flour
1
Egg
Sauce
1 tbsp
Oil
1/4 tsp
Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp
Garlic
1/2 tsp
Ginger
1/4 cup
Sugar
1/4 cup
Brown Sugar
1/4 cup
Orange Juice
1/3 cup
Vinegar
2 tbsp Soya
Sauce
2 tbsp
Water
2 tbsp
Corn Flour
Additional
Vegetables
Rice
Spring Onions

Step 1Cut chicken into Pieces.
Mix egg & coat the chicken.

Step 2Mix together the flour, salt, pepper & corn flour.
Coat the chicken in the flour mixture.

Step 3Fry in the oil until cooked through.

Step 4Sauce...
Heat the oil.
Add the chilli flakes, garlic & ginger cook for a few 30 seconds.

Step 5Add the sugars.
Stir to combine.

Step 6Add the orange juice.
Continue to cook until the sugar has dissolved.

Step 7Add the vinegar & soya sauce.
Stir through.

Step 8Mix the water & corn flour together.
Add to the pan to thicken the sauce.
Cook the veg (if using)

Step 9Combine the chicken, veg & sauce together.
Add more orange juice if the sauce is too thick.

Step 10Serve with rice & spring onions.
