This is a really nice as a meal.
The vegetables can be exchanged for any vegetables of your choice.
It freezes very well also.

Step 1Chop chicken & vegetables.
Cook the chicken in the oil.

Step 2Mix all the sauce ingredients together.

Step 3Once chicken is cooked add the vegetables & cook til tender.

Step 4Add the sauce to the pot & bring to the boil.
Simmer for 3-4 mins til sauce is thickened.

Step 5Serve with rice.
