Old records make perfect pots, because they already have a hole in the middle for water to drain out.

    You will need a record, and a baking dish that is in a similar shape to what you want your pot to look like. You can also use an oven safe ceramic plant pot if you have one.

    Turn the oven to about 100, and place the record on top of the baking dish. The record will slowly melt into the shape of the pot. You may need to form it a bit, but be careful, the record is very hot! Make sure to use oven gloves.

    Once it is formed in the shape you want it to, let it cool down. It cools very fast, so you don't have long to shape it.
