Step 1
Heat oven 350/175 degrees.

Mix together flour, oats, baking powder, bicarb, salt & cinnamon.

Set aside.
Step 2
Mix together oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla & yogurt.
Step 3
Combine wet & dry ingredients together.
Step 4
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 5
Spoon into cases.
Step 6
Mix together all Strudel ingredients.
Step 7
Top the cases with the Strudel.

Bake for 15-18 mins.
Step 8
Serve.
