Step 1In a bowl pot combine the butter, sugar & vanilla.
Heat until the butter has melted & the sugar dissolved.

Step 2Add the oats, salt & cinnamon.
Continue to stir for 4-5 mins.

Step 3Pour half the mixture into a tray.

Step 4
Melt the chocolate & peanut butter together.

Step 5Pour 3/4 of the chocolate over the oats.

Step 6Press the remaining Oat mixture on top.

Step 7Drizzle the remaining chocolate over the top.
Allow to set.

Step 8Cut & serve.
