Oat & Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies are soft, sweet & delicious.
They are actually better to eat the next day, if you can wait that long.
They are really easy to make & only take approx 30 mins to make.
You could easily add raisins or other fruit to the mix instead of the chocolate chips.

Step 1Preheat the oven 180/350.
Combine the dry ingredients.

Step 2Combine wet ingredients in a different bowl.

Step 3Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Stir to combine.

Step 4Add the oats & chocolate chips

Step 5Place heaped tablespoons fulls onto the cookie sheet.
Approx 9 per tray.
They will spread a little but not to much.

Step 6Cook for approx 12-14 mins.
