Step 1Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Step 2Stir in peanut butter, vanilla, salt and white chocolate.

Step 3Bring to a boil and immediately turn down the heat, stirring frequently.

Step 4Cook on low heat until the mixture is smooth and all the chocolate is melted, about 3-4 minutes...

Step 5and remove from heat.

Step 6Mix in the confectioners’ sugar with an electric mixer.

Step 7Beat until smooth.

Step 8Pour into a baking dish (approximately 8″ by 8″) and refrigerate for at least an hour, or until firm, and then cut into pieces.
