okay so wait, i have a question. those are 'leatherish' shoes. and once i painted that type of 'leatherish' shoes. with acrylic paint. did you use acrylic? because the acrylic cracked and flaked and blehhh project ruined.so the question is... what type of paint? you listed the brand but.. not the type

i loved those shoes when i saw them on the iron fist page, but they don´t sell them in my country, & im not a fan of purchasing things via internet, so i might just as well do thiis! i just got 2 questions, what's war hammer paint? is that the brand? or is it just the kind of paint? i did some research, but it's still not clear to me, it says it might be the same as acrylic?
& what kind of varnish did u use? thanks a lot (:
To anyone who also wants to make something like these, there is probably nothing wrong with copying a design for your own use, but be careful not to sell them as it could be considered to be a breach of copyright (in the UK at least, not sure how the law stands elsewhere)
You have to look for shoes made out of inflexible material, because otherwise the paint will chip, even varnished. Most pumps do not have that problem luckily.
i adore ironfist shoes and have way too many (including the zombies) but if you ever decide to do these for purchasing - im up for the buying! they are great, and fantastic tutorial!
hi kenisha ill google them now lol well i didnt varnish these but i only did them yesterday but im not too sure if the paint would chip if it cos wet in the rain. there is a varnish for oil painting thats pretty durable im gonna buy that for it

I've always loved iron fist clothing in general, but the shoes were the best ^_^ argh, id kill for the werewolf ones. If you ever attempt them, be sure to post them here, id love to see
lol glad you all like them, karlita i used warhammer paint you should be able to get it in any games workshops or craft stores with that sell war games and make your own model things stephine: the werewolves one rock i love them they are on my to do list!

cool! i have the original ones and the sequined heels by iron fist, got them on ebay for cheap!! i think i try your how-to to make the zombie flats, tried them on but they didn´t fit... thanks for the how-to!!
i have a pair of iron fist shoes! i love them lol. i was thinking of doing this to a pair of old shoes too! i want to do the warewolf ones....ill have to scout out a pair of black heels at the second hand stores :o)
