Spending time reading more, painting, making jewelry, gardening, using and loving my crock pot (chicken tortilla soup and jambalaya) finding new things to cook (most recent success- winter root stew, pesto chicken artichoke pizza with a home made whole wheat crust (nom!) rosemary short bread, Russian Tea Cakes, and chocolate lava cakes, which were surprisingly easy.) Learning how to use my sewing machine, as well as getting out my 35mm and 4x5 cameras more. Learning how to master my beautiful new D-SLR. Oh, and getting ready to set up my own dark room, which is just about the most exciting thing that's happened in years.
