I like to use everything I can and I figure if I can turn garbage into something then I am getting free crafting materials and saving the earth one art project at a time!

First you want to wipe down the bulb then take a peice of wire about 4 inches long loop in middle then tape the ends down to create a hanger. Next take white tissue paper or colored and decupage it to the bulb. you can use paint glitter spaerkles whatever you want to decorate.

To make the basket Put hot glue on the outside of the top of the pop cap then lay it on the grass mat once dried cut out. take a peice of paper and cut out the sides of the basket to form a pattern. Pencil lightly the out line of the paper then use the hot gun and draw a line over the pencil line. Once this dries cut on the out side of the glue so the mat does not come apart. Glue 4 tooth picks intothe basket and to the bottom of the bulb. Lastly a peice of paper that will cover the screw part of the bulb and the tooth picks....use hot glue to secure then cover the bulb and screw part with modge podge let dry and hang!
