A cute and practical mushroom pin cushion made from a single sock and scrap fabric.
This easy peasy project is perfect for those odd socks (why is it only one ever goes missing? And it's always the new socks too!). You could also use it as a decor piece for a little girls room.

Flip the toe piece of sock inside out, place right sides together with the mushroom head circle. Pin into place (this is important) and sew around the edges, leaving a 2cm/1 inch gap for stuffing.

This step can be done by machine or hand.
