-3 bias slices of summer
Squash
- yellow and zucchini

Slice of
Red Onion
- so you have rings
3 oz
- 4 oz of Chevre cheese or spreadable
Goat Cheese
1 oz
peach
Balsamic Vinegar
½
Of a
Peach

Slice of a large
Bread
- like Ciabatta, Texas toast, or sourdough

Step 1
Saute the mushrooms in a pan with olive oil until soft and caramelized - finish with a dap of whole butter and salt & pepper

Step 2
Grill the squashes, onion, and peach until soft with a slight bit - season with salt and pepper

Step 3
Grill the bread until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside

Step 4
TO Plate - spread the chevre cheese on the grilled bread and cut into three pieces

Step 5
Pile the sauteed mushrooms in the bread

Step 6
Top with the grilled squashes, onion, and peach (slice into two or three pieces after grilling)

Step 7
Finally drizzle some peach balsamic on top and around the plate
