They taste delicious.

Don't overfill the cases as I did, or they will overflow.

Step 1
Heat oven 220 degrees.

Melt the bar 4 oz bar of chocolate with the butter until completely melted & smooth.
Step 2
Add the sugar, vanilla, eggs & sour cream to the bowl & mix completely.
Step 3
In a bowl mix flour, cocoa, Bicarb & salt together.
Step 4
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Step 5
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 6
Pour into cases.
Step 7
Bake for 5 mins at 220 degrees .

Reduce the heat to 180 degrees & bake for 15-17 mins until cooked through.
Step 8
Remove from the oven & cool.
