Mrs.Lovett Costume

A fab haloween victorian gothic gown, garunteed to amuse the biggest burton fan. Ashley modells it :D
My friend Ashley (the girl in the picture ) wanted help with a Mrs lovett costume for haloween / cosplay use. She is a huge burton fan. I loved making this dress, Its an upcycled jersey blouse, i took out the sleeves, flipped the colar and added some chord, and the skirt was made out of a lovely glittery fabric.Theres also a lovelt bit of gather to add the victorian look. The corset is a fake lol ! I made it with some help from thread banger, adding fake detailing. It cost 20p made from scrap lining fabric. I then threaded some lace through. Its super easy. Ive never made anything this elaborate but my friend ash is worth it :) The skirt is a tube skirt, no pattern required Im glad to say this whole dress needed no pattern. If anyone wan'ts a tutorial ill try upload one, or if you want a hair tutorial I can definately give one a go.
