You Will Need

Black Pepper

Beansprouts

trimmed and finely chopped (you can also use normal onions)
4 tbsp
Plain Flour
300 ml
(300ml=half a pint) Groundnut
Oil
150 g
(150g=5oz)
Button
Mushroom finely chopped
1 tbsp
light
Soy
Sauce

Garlic
Clove peeled and finely choppped
125 g
(125g=4oz)
Broccoli
Florets cut into small pieces
Corn
Kernel (popcorn before it pops)

Step 4
Wipe the wok/deep saucepan clean,return to the heat,add the groundnut oil and heat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.If you don't have a deep fry thermometer simply drop one of the corn kernels into the oil before you start heating and when it turns into popcorn it means it is the right temperature!
