Based on Mini Top Hats by Mickie
For this wonderful mini top hat I used mostly recycled materials that I had lying around the house.
For the base I used:
-cereal box cardboard
-a Styrofoam cup
-black felt from the craft store
For the decorations:
-tulle from a ripped tutu
-leftover ribbon from other craft projects
-old button
-feathers from the craft store
I followed Mickie's mini top hat tutorial but instead of using a headband I used lengths of ribbon, that I attached to the bottom of the hat, and tied them around my head.
