Mini Top Hats

Based on Mini Top Hats by Mickie
It's being used as part of a Ringmaster Costume. the jacket is gold, hence the gold hat, the skirt is black and the corset is red and black. You can barely see it but the top of the hat is red felt with glitter, the bottom is black. with the hair clip and bunched up veil it's surprising how nicely it sits on my head. It was really easy to make though and friends are already ordering them for their costumes.
