Step 1
Heat oven 180 degrees.

Melt the butter & mincemeat together.
Step 2
Add the sugar & honey.

Heat until the sugar dissolves.
Step 3
Add the oats.

Stir through.
Step 4
Pour into a tin & level.

Bake for 20 mins.
Step 5
Remove from the oven & cool slightly.

Cut into slices.
Step 6
Serve
