A quick sticky pudding.

Easy to make.

You can serve it on its own or with ice cream or custard.

You need to eat it when it has just been cooked.

Step 1
Grease a 1 Ltr Pudding basin.

Pour in the extra 5 tbsp of syrup.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together.
Step 3
Pour into a bowl.

Place a circle of greaseproof paper on top & tie with string.
Step 4
Cook in 750 W microwave for 12 mins.

Allow to stand for a further 10 mins.
Step 5
Turn upside down & let the sauce run over.

Cut into portions.
Step 6
Serve with custard or ice cream.
