Made this as a cake topper for a Baptism cake. I added some pearl sprinkles to make it look pretty.

Step 1
mix 3 tablespoons of Meringue
6 tablespoons warm water
start mixing and adding powder sugar until the mix stays in the bowl when you turn it over. If its too shinny it needs more sugar, if it gets too hard, add a few drops of water. It should be somewhat firm.
Add it to the piping bag.
Step 2
Outline the cross on top of wax paper.
Step 3
Make the design of your choice.
Step 4
Fill it up and allow it to dry.
