Step 1Heat oven 350/180 degrees
Place all ingredients into a bowl, except the gravy.
Combine thoroughly.

Step 2Press into a tin.
Cover with foil.

Step 3Bake in the oven for approx 1 hr 20 mins.
Remove the foil with 20 mins to go.

Step 4Cut into portions.
Cover the meatloaf with gravy.

Step 5Serve with veg & potatoes.
