Haii, i made the skirt with the help of "Boo_its_Brittany"'s tutorial on the bubbly hem finish, but loads things done differently, such as the layers and the waistband etc.

Am currently busy with school,revision/studying for exams, if you would like a tutorial, i shall try and get one up soon when i make a skirt for myself.

how do i make this?????
