A French macaron inspired gin cocktail
This cocktail combines Langley's Gin with amaretto, egg white and simple syrup to reinvent the flavours of a macaron as a cocktail.

Step 1Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, amaretto, egg white and simple syrup.

Step 2Shake well and strain into a martini glass.

Step 3Serve with a mini macaron.
