Adventure Time Fun
This beanie is pretty easy to make.
You can customize it by
*Using different colors
*Making it with or without the ear flaps
*Making it with or without the star
*Making it with or without the braided tassels

I used a Lavender/Purple yarn for the main color and a Goldenrod/Yellow for the accent color to make it look like Lumpy Space Princess from Adventure Time. (The camera and lightning makes my yarn look a lot bluer than it is)

    Round 9 through 22- Repeat Round 8 (70 hdc)

*Once you get to about round 18, start trying on the beanie to see how long you'd like it. If you like the length at 21 Rounds, stop at 20, because you'll still add a bit of length when you finish the hat with the 2nd color.

*When you get the length you'd like

*If you want to leave the beanie without ear flaps skip to STEP 4 to finish off the beanie.

    BRAIDED TAILS :)

Cut three 1 yard strands of each color (6 strands total)

Pass through last space in ear flap, you should now have 12 strands to braid with.

Make a knot and braid aprox. 5.5 inches long, knot, trim ends.

  • Step 6

    STAR :)

    THE STAR:
Start with an adjustable ring, 5 sc in ring; join with a sl st in top of beginning st.
