Better than a real roasted pig!!
I made this for a luau themed birthday party for my husband and brother-in-law.
I didn't roll the fondant out enough to cover the back feet completely, so be sure to roll it out large enough to cover everything.
The time can vary depending on whether or not you have one oven or two. :)
