Add the London Eye to your skyline with a DIY terrarium
For this project, you'll need a 3D printing pen to make the London Eye. If you don't have one, you can always use a mini souvenir model from the London Eye gift shop for the same look.

    Measure the size of your terrarium and print out a photo of the wheel that fits perfectly. Place a sheet of glass or plastic over the photo. I used the glass from a photo frame.

    Heat up the 3D printing pen and fill with the silver filament.

    Start by tracing the circle of the wheel onto the glass. Trace over the circle a couple more times to get it looking nice and 3D.

    Now add the spokes. across the middle of the wheel.

    Add little blobs for the pods at each of the spokes.

    Add a big circle in the middle of the wheel and then bring two lines down in a triangle from the middle for the stands.

    Repeat on the other side of the wheel and then print a square base so that the wheel can stand by itself.

    Use a pair of scissors to trim away any loose wisps of plastic.

    Fill in any gaps on your model until you're happy with it.

    Stack some decoupage squares in the middle of the terrarium to create a stand for the wheel.

    Stick the wheel in place.

    Fill the base of the terrarium with blossom. I cut the petals off some pink fabric flowers.

    Tie a ribbon to the top of your terrarium so it can be hung.

    Hang in your window and admire your new skyline!
