Lolita Cuffs

Lovely lolita cuffs ^-^
Out of nearly anything and in a short period of time, a friend of mine and me made those nice cuffs for her, one each.
First we cut the fabric. Then sewed the lace edging. We glued white and black lace (this one is larger than the coff, so you can tie it) and, finally, sewed the white ribbons.
