little chocolate covered rice crispy cakes with mini eggs :)
a nice little way to pass half an hour :) and yummy too!

  • Step 1

    Melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of hot water, gradually adding splashes of milk to stop the chocolate from burning.

  • Step 2

    Once melted, add the rice crispies bit by bit until there is no excess chocolate.

  • Step 3

    Spoon the mixture into fairy cake cases and put a few mini eggs on top of each cake for decoration.

  • Step 4

    Allow the cakes to cool and the chocolate to set.
