How do you get the pattern?

would you PLEASE post a tutorial??? i'd love one <3!

I´d love to crochet that!!! But I´m still a beginner. Maybe you can try to explain what kind of chrochets (sc, dc ect.) you used and how much… Well that would be a pattern in the end ;)
I think I get the head, simple chrochet a ball. The arms are sewed on? (are those also stuffed?) and the rest ist double crochets or half double chrochets (the leafs?) But how did you do the hair and the bra?
