You Will Need

Step 1Start off by paining the tips of your nails black.

Step 2Using a toothpick, paint brush or dotting tool, place some dots (or any other shape or pattern of your choosing) randomly on your nails.

Step 3To create the sheer look, mix a few drops of black nail polish with some clear nail polish (test it out on some paper first to ensure its not too dark/light).
After your dots have dried completely, using your newly made sheer black polish, paint one to two coats on each nail.
And there you have it, simple as that!
